Waited three and one half hour's for oil change, tire rotation and freon. Why schedule appointment, only t5o sit and wait. Service writer told me diagnostics indicated ac was fine. Upon arrival I was sent inside the dealership to wait for my service rep. It didn’t come across as a friendly greeting! It took a long time to check in vehicle even though I had appointment and arrived on my service rep. It didn’t come across as a friendly greeting! The updates and cost of services via text were much appreciated. The time frame for services were accurate. I was notified via text that my car was ready. Upon arrival, I had to wait a lengthy amount of time for the paper work and payment process. I felt the paper work should have been ready when I arrived since my car was ready. More

We purchased both vehicles here in December 2012 and have had them regularly serv job keeping our 2005 MDX and 2012 TL operating safely and reliably. We purchased both vehicles here in December 2012 and have had them regularly serviced here since then. Two of our favorite benefits have been driving late model loaner cars and having a senior technician do a road test to ensure a major repair was done right. The latest service appointment had a new feature: a text from the technician with a video walkaround inspection underneath the lifted vehicle. This was a delightful surprise and much appreciated. More
