They replaced my transmission. I did not know they ordered one nor did I authorize it. I only found out they were going to replace it because after the dealership had my vehicle for 2 and 1/2 weeks I called as no one had called me regarding the transmission. I was told of the troubleshooting they performed and that they ordered and were to receive and install the new transmission the next day. My verbal response was literally WOW. I was driving (their loaner) and about to my destination, so I said I'm busy and I have to go. At least the new Service Manager acknowledged there was a problem, and they were doing what they felt best. Unfortunately, the transmission still has issues.
