Robert Collins was very easy to deal with. He is the reason I traveled over an hour to get to your dealership while there were 5 closer Acura dealers to me. Did a one pay lease with Jordan from Acura South Bay and it was a streamlined process. The haggling was done over the phone and there wasn't any games once I arrived there.
