Service advisor, Antonio was very friendly. Service was performed timely. only disappointment was that they were not able to accommodate my request to update the map for the navigation system. had tried performed timely. only disappointment was that they were not able to accommodate my request to update the map for the navigation system. had tried to do it myself following instructions on website by using a thumb drive, but was unable to do so. How can it be hat they could not do this? Doesn't make sense More

I expected to interact at least with Sales Team to check another Acura products, dealership seemed to be short staffed. I had to touch base myself with Service Advisor after 2 hrs., I was not provided with any progress during service activities, luckily they finished service (oil change) within time period they said they would.
