We recently purchased an Aucra RDX from Power Acura South Bay and were very pleased with the whole process. We were given a (favorable) price estimate for our preferred model but were not subjected to any pressure to buy. Having decided on the Aucra, we made an appointment and returned to complete the purchase, which went smoothly. Our interaction with service department personnel to get some added accessories installed was positive. Nadeem said we should not hesitate to call him or drop by if we had further questions and we have taken him up on the offer - he was happy to help. I am from San Diego and I went up to Acura South Bay because I was not happy with any of the sales people in all 4 San Diego locations. Nadeem and Tom were accommodating in every way and strived to satisfy all my needs (and I asked for a lot). Since I exchanged a lot of correspondences with them via email prior to heading into the dealer, the purchasing process was smooth, quick and relaxed without any pressure whatsoever. I'm also having some accessories installed by the service department and the team there has always been a true pleasure to work with. Kelly, Steve and Tony are always on top of their game and treat me as if I'm their only customer. Plus, I appreciate the complimentary car wash they provide with every service. It's not a quick and dirty type wash I've experienced at other dealers, but almost a mid-level detail. Their attention to the small things like this makes me feel good about having them service my car. Great job guys, keep up the great work and thanks for all your help in both sales and service. More
