I knew the exact car I wanted and although this dealer wasn't the closest Acura dealer to me, Brian worked with me and gave me an offer I could not refuse along with a great financing rate. I did not feel ripped off as sometimes do when I go to some car dealerships. Power Acura of Torrance sales staff is ready to deal with customers like me who have done Internet research on car prices and incentives for the consumers by the manufacturers prior to buying a car. Also, in this economy, it is evident that most of the consumers are in need of finance help because our credit rating has been ruined because of the banks' fraud. Like many, I dreaded the idea of car shopping. I met a friend there who was having her car serviced. Steve was awesome - showed him my list of cars and he gave me a seemingly sincere opinion. Next test drove the TSX with Nadeem who explained everything this car can do. He was most thorough and clearly knows his product. Tom gave me a price for my trade that made me smile. The finance person was my last stop, and, due to previous experiences with other dealers, my biggest fear. I made a point of telling Chase that his process was painless, he was up front, and, the experience really changed the way I think about car dealers. Also, have to say, test drove the Acura but heard so many good things about the Hyundai Genesis that I left there and went to test drive one. They immediately sic three people on me - total turn off, not to mention, the car is no where near as nice. More

I have been a customer of this dealer ship since 1986 when I first leased a Legend. I continue to return for re "upping" leases over the years. The service has be laudable and the confidence that both my wife and I have with this dealer is superb. That is why I keep returning.
