I purchased my Acura TL through my credit union which worked directly with Brian Detz of So Bay Acura in Torrance. I had worked many years ago with an Acura dealer who was the exact opposite of Brian an worked directly with Brian Detz of So Bay Acura in Torrance. I had worked many years ago with an Acura dealer who was the exact opposite of Brian and South Bay Acura. What a refreshing, fun experience: quick prep of the remaining items which needed to be done on my new car, wonderful explanation of the very advanced technology, and directions to five great restaurants within walking distance while the Service department finished the car's preps. Although this dealership is a long way away, when it is time to have my new TL serviced, I will make the trip to Torrance knowing I will get the best customer service. Thanks so much! My husband and I walked into this dealership 5/23/12. We had been car shopping all day without success. This experience just made it worse! We walked into the showroom. There were several employees milling about and talking. We looked at all the cars, stopping at one. Opening doors, and peering into the back of the car. NOT ONE PERSON CAME OVER TO ASK IF WE NEEDED HELP. After about 10 min in the dealership we walked by the "group of employees" and they just stood there. WE WALKED OUT. This is actually the 2nd time a Power dealership has ruined a fun experience. NEVER GO TO A POWER DEALERSHIP!!!! More

Nadeem was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive to all questions and needs of my wife and I. We were shopping around with dealerships in San Diego( where we live) and could not find any acura dealers all questions and needs of my wife and I. We were shopping around with dealerships in San Diego( where we live) and could not find any acura dealership to be that friendly or helpful. Anytime I had a question Nadeem would immediately respond and help answer anything asked. Even after the purchase Nadeem took the time to show the car over, and review how to set up all the accessories. We drove 100 + miles to this dealership and we are sold for good on the service they provided. The finance manager Chase is also awesome and helpful! This is a no pressure dealership and they really care about how the customer feels. More

I knew the exact car I wanted and although this dealer wasn't the closest Acura dealer to me, Brian worked with me and gave me an offer I could not refuse along with a great financing rate. I was pleasantly surprised at Power acura South bay. I had the chance to work with Nadeem the internet sales manager and he made the purchase a lot easier than i thought it might turn out to be. The salesman and the manager answered all the questions and spent enough time with me to ensure tha I felt confortable with my choice of car and finances. I did not feel ripped off as sometimes do when I go to some car dealerships. Power Acura of Torrance sales staff is ready to deal with customers like me who have done Internet research on car prices and incentives for the consumers by the manufacturers prior to buying a car. Also, in this economy, it is evident that most of the consumers are in need of finance help because our credit rating has been ruined because of the banks' fraud. Power Acura of Torrance was very sensitive to my situation. More
Like many, I dreaded the idea of car shopping. I met a friend there who was having her car serviced. Steve was awesome - showed him my list of cars and he gave me a seemingly sincere opinion. Next test drove the TSX with Nadeem who explained everything this car can do. He was most thorough and clearly knows his product. Tom gave me a price for my trade that made me smile. The finance person was my last stop, and, due to previous experiences with other dealers, my biggest fear. I made a point of telling Chase that his process was painless, he was up front, and, the experience really changed the way I think about car dealers. Also, have to say, test drove the Acura but heard so many good things about the Hyundai Genesis that I left there and went to test drive one. They immediately sic three people on me - total turn off, not to mention, the car is no where near as nice. More
