Part of our decision to pick the Acura was the dealership experience at AutoNation South Bay Acura. When we first met the sales team of Chazz and Min Cho, both demonstrated a wealth of Acura product knowledge and timely answered all our questions throughout our evaluation of the MDX. Our positive experience continued on throughout the closing sales process when both gentlemen took the time to make themselves readily available for an expedited transaction per my request. We are hopeful this experience continues on with the actual ownership of the MDX. More

The Ad listing for the car I bought had features that the car didn’t come with. As per the advertisement it was supposed to come equipped with Acurawatch features but didn’t have any of those features presen car didn’t come with. The pr Solid Post-Sales Support and Excellent Customer Service! I bought my car at this location a few years ago and ran into a problem recently. The problem was associated with the prior management team and the car is out of the warranty. Therefore, the current management team may or may not be responsible for it. It could end with a nasty fight without much optimistic outcomes! However, the GM Ellen, who just started her role at this location, stepped up and took on the responsibilities and took care of the leftover mess! She wanted to keep up their commitments to the customers – solid supports, excellent service! Going above and beyond in every way possible! She wanted their customers to buy without any worries! Ellen got involved in my case at an early stage. She responded to each of my questions quickly and offered reasonable solutions and constructive proposals. She is a straight shooter, gets on the point quickly and moves fast! When I asked for help with my daily commute, she has tried all possible ways to get the help for me. Ellen cared and even offered me her cell phone# and checked on me afterwards to ensure I was okay. Her teammate Babak, the service manager, was the same way. He had to play very hard with the only few puzzles he had in order to help me while other customers were taken care of as well. Kelly Gilbertson, the service consultant, was above and beyond each time. He always smiles, he always patiently answers every single question you may have, he always tirelessly explains how things work and reminds you... I admire him for his professionalism and enthusiasm! This is the GM at AutoNation Acura South Bay! This is the team who may serve you! From the GM to the manager, to the staff, each of them cares about their customers and wants to go above and beyond in every way possible to make their customers happy and satisfied!
