After coming in for the initial test drive, we did the actual deal over email with my new friend Min the internet sales guy. Once we found the exact MDX that we wanted, we put down a hold deposit on it and were able to come and finish the purchase two days later. The purchase process went smoothly although honestly it took longer than I would have liked. I had secured a loan from my local credit union so I don’t know how their financing goes. I did appreciate that while they did make a light attempt to sway me to finance with them, there wasn’t a real hard sell. The same goes for the add ins at the end. The finance manager was easy going and made his pitches but wasn’t pushy and I was very grateful for that. Overall I would absolutely do business with AutoNation Acura South Bay again. More
