Once we found the exact MDX that we wanted, we put down a hold deposit on it and were able to come and finish the purchase two days later. The purchase process went smoothly although honestly it took longer than I would have liked. I had secured a loan from my local credit union so I don’t know how their financing goes. I did appreciate that while they did make a light attempt to sway me to finance with them, there wasn’t a real hard sell. The same goes for the add ins at the end. The finance manager was easy going and made his pitches but wasn’t pushy and I was very grateful for that. Overall I would absolutely do business with AutoNation Acura South Bay again. More
Steve was very personable and helpful and gave us a great explanation of the work that needed to be done and prioritized the items for us as well as offered a full breakdown of related costs. We arrived early for our service appointment and Steve was busy helping another customer. I was surprised that 4 other team members were in the service department, on their computers, not with customers. A supervisor explained we needed to wait for Steve (who was clearly very busy since the customer needed personal items retrieved from her vehicle). Not sure why the other members did not offer to help out since we had to wait to get checked in about 30 minutes. Steve was great - just think they could give more of team effort when one member is busy. More
