I have been sending my Acura TSX to this dealership for about 10 years. The service level is excellent and Kelly Gilbertson, my service consultant is very thorough and gives great advice in how to keep the about 10 years. The only qualm I have is how long it takes to complete the service. It takes about 2.5 hours just to get a regular oil change with car wash. This was the best experience I have ever had at a dealer, Especially an Acura dealer as I have been leasing these vehicles for over 15 years. My first interaction was via phone because I wanted information before I started going out to see the cars. When I called AutoNation, I talked to a guy named Chazz. They didn't have any automatic vehicles in stock, but he told me what he had coming in in 2 weeks and said I could put down a refundable deposit. I told him I would consider this but decided to look at other dealers who may have had inventory. As time went on, I was very discouraged by the pricing everyone was quoting and the amount of money put down for leasing a vehicle. Then I received a call from Chazz and he told me what he had in stock. I was just headed to another dealer and decided to go see Chazz as he was following through with me. Lo and behold, I drove a brand-new Integra home a few hours later. I'm so happy with my lease and the terms of the lease. Both Chazz Hodoh, and his business manager, Mr. Edmond, were absolutely professional, efficient, and respectful of my time. Go see them both for great service at a fair price. More
