It was a pleasure working with Kelly. He was very professional and explained all of our options completely. I didn't feel like he was trying to sell us something we really didn't need. I was having electric issues on my car. I took it in to Southbay Acura and Kelly took care of me. I had to leave my car at the dealership for 3 days but he communicated with me every step o I took it in to Southbay Acura and Kelly took care of me. I had to leave my car at the dealership for 3 days but he communicated with me every step of the way. He even got me a new battery at no charge since my battery didn’t pass the test.
