Gabrielle was very pleasant and extremely helpful! My car had to be towed in and when I arrived she'd already checked my car in and had my service/quote ready. Kelley was a great adviser and went over everything in detail. The two problems I had was I went in simply for an oil changed which was scheduled at 10:30am. I was told I was going to get an update around detail. The two problems I had was I went in simply for an oil changed which was scheduled at 10:30am. I was told I was going to get an update around 12pm and I didn’t get a call back until 6pm. Another issue is that the following morning I came in to pick up my car. I understand their was a lady in front of my, but she took off for a few minutes and I felt like I could of been help very quickly to pay my invoice and get my car. I was in a hurry so I left and came back later the afternoon. More
