I purchased a used vehicle on January 22nd; all the folks (sales, finance, etc) that my wife and I dealt with were pleasant and professional. That's the good news... the bad news is that work that was state (sales, finance, etc) that my wife and I dealt with were pleasant and professional. That's the good news... the bad news is that work that was stated to be done (it was posted to Carfax) to ready the car for sale, actually wasn't. This was discovered during a post-purchase inspection and confirmed by the general manager at the dealer. Thankfully, there is good news on this... once the dealer was contacted they vowed to correct this serious over-site. While I'm very disappointed with the work not being done (and posted to a third-party website), the resolution process has gone very well. More
