The purchase process is smoother than most others that I have experienced. That said, it’s still time consuming in the sense that what you do online ends up getting repeated when you arrive at the dealersh have experienced. The stop in Finance and insurance had the same “optional contact services” that were laughable for the purchase of my 10+ year old vehicle. I guess I can’t blame a guy for trying. Why 2 stars? Very simple. Except for an auto generated “thank you” email, it’s been a cricket symphony as to the delivery of my vehicle. Seriously, 72 hours and a payment in full, it’s still not here. When I walked out the door, I basically became another number of the books to close out the month. More
