I went in for an oil change and had a warning light go on for another issue before I got there. I have a 2013 RDX. They fixed it and did a full check on my vehicle, recomending things that woud need fixing for another issue before I got there. I have a 2013 RDX. Numerous serious problems with their service dept over the years. A replaced engine block now has 67,000 miles and failed, again, on our MDX. Service Mgr says, I'll have to talk to higher ups to see what the years. A replaced engine block now has 67,000 miles and failed, again, on our MDX. Service Mgr says, I'll have to talk to higher ups to see what we can do for you. That was 10 days ago, no returning our call at the one week mark. He noted, we can't get our hands on a new, or used engine. Great. Very disappointing. More

Have always chosen the dealership for service needs and had great experiences. Over the years Kyle, Seth, and then Wes were awesome to work with. This last visit--without Wes--was good, but not great. B had great experiences. Over the years Kyle, Seth, and then Wes were awesome to work with. This last visit--without Wes--was good, but not great. Bummed they don't store tires anymore. We were less than impressed with the weak nominal interior "detail" and disappointed no exterior wash was available. Will likely return, but this wasn't the top shelf service we have enjoyed before.
