AutoNation Acura Spokane Valley - Service Center

I had a spectacular battery failure on my Acura MDX with all the "lights & warning signals" flashing on & off. Never having experienced anything like this before, I called the Spokane Valley Acura Service D all the "lights & warning signals" flashing on & off. Never having experienced anything like this before, I called the Spokane Valley Acura Service Department and explained my situation. Tony was very helpful and explained that it was most likely a problem with the battery. He told me what to do and I was able to have the battery jumped and drive the car to the service department. Tony explained about the battery life and had the car put up on a service bay immediately. The following morning, the car was checked out. I was called with the "diagnosis" (battery failure) and told that there were no other reasons that the battery would be drained (parasitic leaks), a new battery was installed, and my car was given a very important wash! I was impressed that the service department fit me in on literally no notice. After dropping the car there at 4:30 p.m. one day, I was able to pick it up (all fixed) the following afternoon. They were very helpful and provided excellent service. Thank you. More
