Dealership was friendly and staff tried to be helpful. However, this is a traditional, old-school car dealership that was playing guinea pig with a used electric vehicle. I was unable to drive the car off the lot day of purchase because the dealership could not locate the employee who had ownership under the Tesla's account. Therefore, I needed to wait 3-5 days for Tesla to move ownership over to me. So, I left the car there to get charged (it had only about 38 miles of charge on it when sold). After I came to pick it up, two major defects were discovered. A battery error which causes the battery to stop charging at 100miles (needs to be replaced) (the used vehicle inspection report stated the battery passed a performance test... hmmm), and a "Safety restraint system" error, which makes the car undriveable until service. It would be a lemon, if these errors weren't covered by warranty. Nonetheless, I've waited a week for a service appointment and may wait up to a month more for a replacement battery and seatbelt safety system. This dealership has a long way to go in dealing in used electric vehicles. More
