Came in with the need to change out my tires due to the treads being very low. Sergio explained the service necessary in changing all four, recommended tire type, and the best timing for new tires and real treads being very low. Brought my RDX in for first service. I was at 8,000 miles and over six months since purchasing. I called the week before to set up appt. since the maintenance light had not come on. T I was at 8,000 miles and over six months since purchasing. I called the week before to set up appt. since the maintenance light had not come on. The young lady said "Definitely bring it in for your first service" When I arrived for my appt. Gianna met me and said "We will do the service this one time, and one time only because your maintenance light did not come on". This dealership needs a review of their service customer service. I had the time off during the week to bring my car in. Servicing should not always be about "is the light on", but what works for your customers. And then possibly say. "Of course we will take care of your first service" instead of making the customer feel bad about bringing their car in for service. Very disappointed. More
