wow! that was a breeze buying a new vehicle at this AutoNation dealer. We Got many vehicles in the household, for every one of those we sat thru almost and almost entire day at those dealers to comple AutoNation dealer. Brian was the ONLY internet sales person who Fully quoted price and offered most competitive price when compared to other dealers, the other dealers said ok! please call me we will give U a quote. Infact when I got Brian quote in my reply mail to him I had said: "Thanks Brian. That was quick and clean way to sell. Great." Brian was very co-operative and very intelligent in pricing and Amir was so friendly and so understanding as my family was not easy on them. some in the family picky on price and some picky on color. Amir could stand all that. On My purchase day was Brian's was day-off ... but was passing thru the dealer on that ... saw me and inquired and clarified on an important info we were battling about. I also had some issues with my A/c Vent, Right hand armchair and he mentioned to check with his manager and gave a quick answer stating that he can get it fixed by ordering the new part which he did on time. He also recommended that my tires had to be replaced. He gave me guidance that Acura Steven's creek got good discounts in case I've to get my car fixed.
