Horrible service! No communication with advisor. Approximately 6 days in service, with the only information we received was when we demanded to speak with someone. We No communication with advisor. The Issue appears to be an electrical problem when the car went idle at a stop light the SCV light came on. The technical person drove the car 2 times and was unable to get the suv light to come on in six days! We decided to go to the dealership and just pick up our SUV. Again no communication, George was kind and retrieved our SUV. When we had taken our SUV in the newest member of service Julian went out of his way to assist us. When I asked what might the problem be, he said have you had a new battery replaced as the SUV is about 5 years old. No we had not. Our advisor was not available even though he had given us an appointment. So after pickup we drove to Sam’s had the tires rotated, bought a new battery and had windshield wipers changed. The light has not come back on. Worst service we have had in years. On one of my many calls the receptionist told me I could expect a 10 day to 14 day stay. I was told nothing of the new wait time, another issue I have. Why would you schedule a service request without informing the customer with the new time frame for even looking at the the SUV. With only 1 car that presents another issue for us. More

I purchased a new Sierra 2500 SLT on Monday, with a slight paint issue. Have been trying to get it taken care of for the last 2 days and people there have been giving me the run around and not being h slight paint issue. I bought the $70K+ vehicle cash and now I can't even get a call back from a manager or the director they have there. I have gone by several times only to be told to come back after lunch, and even then I have been told they will call me. I have not heard from anyone and have left voice mail messages. This is terrible service and if this is what it's become I may have to start buying my vehicles elsewhere. Very dissatisfied with the people there. I can't believe service says they can't help without a manager talking to me, then I'm told the director will call. That's ridiculous. More
