I use it for a weekend truck. One day it didn't start and took it to gmc autonation. Jason has always been really cool and friendly at the service center but had this other large man help me get my truck when it was ready. I went to my truck and found it all scratched up. From the front of the truck on driver side to the tailgate. The driver side mirror was scratched up with deep cuts. Was told it was not their fault because they only fixed the module that was on driver back side of truck. It could not be them. Was told it could have been the tow company. Was not tow company, I followed tow truck from my house where we loaded it on his truck to parking lot of gmc autonation. I asked the large man to speak to service manager and was told he would tell me the same. Service manager came out to my truck and said the same. Their equipment could NOT have done it. SO BASICALLY I'M DRIVING MY BRAND NEW BARELY DRIVEN DREAM TRUCK HOME LOOKING LIKE xxxx WITH SCRATCHES ALL OVER DRIVER SIDE. I WILL NEVER TAKE OR RECOMMEND ANYONE TO BUY OR TAKE THEIR VEHICLE HERE. YOU LOST MY RESPECT AND BUSINESS. I WORKED YEARS TO BUY THIS TRUCK AND FOR THEM TO BASICALLY SAY... TOUGH CRAP, YOUR PROBLEM GOODBYE... NEVER AGAIN. More
