Complete waste of my time and money . . I picked my truck up 6 days later for them to tell me I had a bad condenser .. all false,, I had already done a leak test on the AC unit before taki . I picked my truck up 6 days later for them to tell me I had a bad condenser .. all false,, I had already done a leak test on the AC unit before taking it in to Auto Nation.. once they told me it was going to cost $1600 I immediately went to get my pickup.. upon arriving they were nice enough to inform me that my recall hadn’t been done either.. You had my pickup for 6 days and couldn’t do the recall issue.. I took my truck to a mechanic in San Antonio immediately and they had my issue fixed in a couple of hours.. hooked a computer to the pickup and he ended up flashing my system.. AC works great and blows cold air.. definitely don’t have a bad condenser or leak.. it’s upsetting I paid them $250 to diagnose the issue when all they did is give me lies.. More

Disappointed after the money spent on this truck, we have issues that need to be fixed right after we hit our 1 year anniversary and the dealer won’t fix them! A simple alignment, we were told to go somewher issues that need to be fixed right after we hit our 1 year anniversary and the dealer won’t fix them! A simple alignment, we were told to go somewhere else. We scheduled and appointment for a Saturday for issues, recall, and oil change and were told to come back Monday. We schedule an appointment for a Monday and we are told they only did the oil change and didn’t fix the issues we were concerned about! Why did I drop my vehicle off to be fixed and you don’t fix it! I have become very aware that customer service may not be a priority with all your team members. Or even maybe the team. I am kind of hands tied with having the free oil changes but I am down to one and wi a priority with all your team members. Or even maybe the team. I am kind of hands tied with having the free oil changes but I am down to one and will be taking my services elsewhere when complete. But I will give you my last experience, a couple months ago I went in for the oil change and also request the rotation and balance on tires with the incurred cost. I then took advantage of a ride to hospital to visit a cousin. I thought I would kill 2 birds with one stone type mindset. About 40 minutes into oil change I noticed I missed a call from your dealership so I called back. I spoke to my rep and he told me "oh yes Mr. Reyes they already have your truck in the air and they should be done in about 45 minutes." I was like ok and I requested your pick up service. Perfect until I arrived at dealership. So I went up to rep and told him I was there and he said ok. Well I went outside just to get some air and I noticed my truck in the first bay and I walked over and asked the tech how it went and he told me he was just starting my truck. So I went to rep and asked why he would tell me my truck was almost done when they had not even started. Oh that's because we only work on vehicles for people who are waiting for them. I become upset and told him to just get my oil change done and forget the tire rotation and balance. So with this I find it pretty IGNORANT of a company to provide an appointment schedule time and date just to push your time further down just because you left the dealership. You might as well become first come first serve. I furthermore disliked how the reps just dismiss a customer's dismay in regards to a matter like this. I would prefer you just tell "Mr. !!!!! we do not value you as a customer and do not value the schedule and time we set up with you so we will be done when we get done." It honestly left a distaste with me so I made the decision a few months ago to complete my service with AUTONATION SOUTH CORPUS CHRISTI and went on over to another dealership to purchase our Tahoe. Even an apology for not informing me of you unwritten clause "the customers in wait area come first" was not given. I really hope you read this and assert some leadership to your team and get better and do better!!! More
