Everything went great on the oil change. Just waiting on Jason with a response on the gasket on my windshield. There is a piece on top coming out. Dealer made an appointment for 9 am. At 11:30 am, I went to front desk to ask why we were waiting so long. We were told originally it would take approximately 1 hour when appointment w At 11:30 am, I went to front desk to ask why we were waiting so long. We were told originally it would take approximately 1 hour when appointment was made. We were told that it hadn’t been assigned to anyone. I waited for someone to confirm this but he was busy with a personal conversation. Finally, someone said it was being worked on and would be ready in 5 min. Unacceptable customer service. More
