Been there 5 times and still can’t find what is wrong with my tailgate but I do have good service from Jason. Hands Down best car buying experience! We had never stepped foot in an autonation dealership. When I called and asked for sales I was transferred to Jacob Ponce and he was so polite and professional he stepped foot in an autonation dealership. When I called and asked for sales I was transferred to Jacob Ponce and he was so polite and professional he did not try to force us to come into the dealership. So We decided to take a 2.5 hr drive to visit this dealership just because we really liked Jacobs sales ethic via the phone call. When we arrived right from the get go we were not disappointed! Jacob Ponce and his manager Marcos were very professional, polite and extremely helpful. We told them exactly what we wanted and they delivered! Jacob was patient and communicated with us the entire process. He went above his ability to make sure we were happy and satisfied with what we were purchasing. took my car in at 11:00, went to pick it up at 2:30, was told to wait one hour more because it wasn't ready.
