In 2021 my fan kept running when the car was shut off. I called service and was told this is normal. I drove to Flagstaff, AZ and was told the same thing at the Buick dealer. When I returned home the e I called service and was told this is normal. I drove to Flagstaff, AZ and was told the same thing at the Buick dealer. When I returned home the engine light came on. I called service and was told to bring it in. It was determined that the water pump needed to be replaced. I'm very thankful that I didn't get stuck on the road between here and AZ. I was given a rental car and was without my car for 2 weeks. When I picked up the car, I was told there was another part that needed to be replaced, they didn't have it on hand, but it was ordered, and they would let me know when it was received and ready to install. I called a few times to find out if it had been received and never received a response. I took the car in for an oil change and they notice that the water pump was leaking. They worked on it again but still did not replace the additional part. Moving forward to September 2022, the fan started running again when the car was shut off. I took it in and the part was finally replaced. Buick had my car for 5 days in which it sat for 3 - 4 without anyone looking at it. When I bought the car everyone was very attentive and told me how great the service department would treat me. That hasn't been a true statement as of yet. I hope this repair will last; time will tell next September. More

Went in for an oil change and a couple minor repairs, they ordered the parts, and I had to return the following weekend for the repairs to be completed. The scheduling an execution was good, and I can't say enough good things about their shuttle driver Jesse for driving me around 2 Saturdays in a row. The negative and it's kind of an important item... my wife asked me what's that, is that from the Yukon pointing to something in the driveway. It was one of the lug-nuts, it had fallen off. I reinstalled it and then checked all of them myself (4 wheel brake job), and found 2 or 3 others loose; not necessarily loose enough to fall off, but I was able to tighten them easily enough never the less. I called the service office to let them know it happened, I had to leave a voice mail as no-one answered. I believe the mailbox said it was the assistant service manager, and as I'm typing this I've never received a call back from anyone. Even if just to acknowledge it happened and simply apologize. More
