Basically they were no help. I have taken my car there once before for an oil change, took over two hours and tried to sell me a filter for over $200... will not EVER take my car there again. More

Was in for an oil change. A battery load test was done and it passed. 2 days later, the battery died and I had to replace it. If this is something that isn't cleaned during an oil change, then a head's up would have been appreciated. Took my 2016 Cascada in for service yesterday due to a squealing sound I thought it was a defective serpentine belt. I was advised that it was the PCV valve assembly, and not a defective belt. They did not have the parts to facilitate the repair. They ordered the parts. I asked TWICE if I could safely continue to drive the vehicle prior to repair. They stated "YES". An hour later, both the check engine, and skid alert warning lights illuminated. I am afraid to drive the vehicle. This is Friday, and the part will not be delivered until Monday.
