The radiator was replaced on my car. The service was completed in a timely manner. My only concern is with the phone system in attempting to reach the service department via the 702-55 The service was completed in a timely manner. It seems that many times no one is designated to answer it when “service” is selected. I have been doing business with this dealership for 20 years and this has been an on going situation over time. Using the advisors cell phone number has made it better but they are very busy. I guess it would help if the dealership would advise the customer which method they prefer. More

I took my Hyundai in for some repairs as I was referred by the Auto Nation USA dealer because they closed thier service department with that in mind the GMC dealer did not do the repairs to my car and want by the Auto Nation USA dealer because they closed thier service department with that in mind the GMC dealer did not do the repairs to my car and wants me to go to Hyundai. I am very diassapointed as my vehicle needs repairs I have a warranty with Autonation on my car and GMC does not work on Hyudai. This is not good business practice as I am now in the middle with no repairs nor a resolution. More

I’ve been a customer since May 31st 2021 and i have to honestly say that im NOT a Satisfied Customer. My vehicle has been back for Service countless times and when it does get serviced it takes a week up honestly say that im NOT a Satisfied Customer. My vehicle has been back for Service countless times and when it does get serviced it takes a week up to a month to get my vehicle back meanwhile I have to miss work which causes me to miss money only to have to turn around and pay for maintenance that should actually be covered under my warranty that I’ve purchased.
