As a transporter, I was passing through on my way to FL when I had the stressful experience of my truck breaking down. I was not able to get any help from local mom & pop garages but found AutoNation GMC when I had the stressful experience of my truck breaking down. I was not able to get any help from local mom & pop garages but found AutoNation GMC by Google Search. I contacted the service department which was closing in 15 min and was told they could get me in first thing in the morning. The young lady that made my appointment for me over the phone was exceptional and went above and beyond to help me out. Even recommended local hotels for my stay. Despite the dealership having phone and internet problems that morning due to a power outage, I was still contacted by the service writer and kept me updated through the diagnosis process. The Diesel tech determined the problem with the truck was a faulty injector harness plug and was able to make the repairs before the end of his shift. By late afternoon, I was up and running and back on my way to FL. Time was of importance because I was trying to get back to RI for a scheduled cruise a couple of days later. Because of all the GREAT help from EVERYONE that I came in contact with at AutoNation, I am writing this review from my balcony on the cruise ship!! Cannot thank everyone at AutoNation enough and would definitely recommend!! More
