Beware of Tactics I received an email about a specific vehicle and price. Brought it with me, test drove it and set up an appointment for the next day to purchase it. When approached by sales staff I was told that they would not honor the email price - I should have known, because the sales staff seemed uncomfortable with me (about the email price) and mentioned that the internet staff should not have cut the price. Sales tactic to get you in? I again had to pay someone to take me home. I ended up buying another vehicle that day from another dealership. I now know not to believe any emails from any car-related sites regarding vehicle prices. Note to self - If it sounds too good to be true it probably is. More

Not at auto nation Buick gmc of laurel, hands down the quickest easiest and best car buying experience I have ever had. I had Ron carfine very friendly wasn't pushy and got me top dollar for my trade being in the military a lot of car salesman will try to take advantage of you not at auto nation the sales manager was also really good but my favorite was Lisa the finance associate she was extremely personable and was very patient with me... def the best car buying experience I've ever had thanks guys More
Before I was shown any vehicles, the salesperson interviewed me to find out what I wanted in my new car, my likes/dislikes about my current vehicle, how I planned to use the car and even how long I interviewed me to find out what I wanted in my new car, my likes/dislikes about my current vehicle, how I planned to use the car and even how long I wanted to keep it. I was shown only vehicles that would satisfy my needs, rather than something that the dealer wanted to sell. This was the first car-buying experience that I have had where I didn't feel as if I was being held hostage. The manager accepted by statement that I was not ready to make a decision with grace, letting me know that they would be available when I did decide. When I did make the purchase, the process was explained in detail, and I was given an estimated time that each step would take. For someone who has previously hated the car-buying process, that was a real gift. More

I used GMC site to check out 1500 trucks and to fine dealers in area. The reason corp.office is in nothern VA. and I live in PA. the job is close to laurel. Sam Johnson was my last resort on a new vehicle purchase and should have been my first! I am a girl that does her research on vehicles and had originally decided to go with the Chevy Equinox solely based on and should have been my first! I am a girl that does her research on vehicles and had originally decided to go with the Chevy Equinox solely based on cost. Upon meeting Sam, he was professional and had a can do attitude. I was pleased with him telling me about an alternative option for me, the GMC Terrain. I compared the two and learned that the Terrain had more base features (back up camera assist, 7'' touch screen monitor, Bluetooth, and more!) which were options you'd have to add into on the Equinox. I decided to go with the Terrain and haven't been let down yet. Sam's knowledge and desire to get me into the perfect car for me impressed me. I've never had a sales man go over every inch of a car before a test drive. There was no rush, no pressure, just information for me to decide. Needless to say - I highly recommend Sam Johnson from FOX Buick, GMC in Laurel, MD. I can also say that the ease of my transaction during finance was seamless. I like their process, the price you agree on with sales is what you see in finance...this hadn't been true for me before. I decided to talk with Fox about purchasing a new car because I saw the car i wanted on their lot (Black Buick Regal). I bought my car from Fox because of Darryl Reid's service. He wasn't perturbed that I had brought with me pages of auto comparisons, including Consumer Reports. Mr. Reid answered all of my questions and those of my family clearly and respectfully - over a three day period. He walked me through the entire process of getting my fantastic automobile. We'll be back to buy our next vehichle from Fox and Mr. Reid. More
