I spent an entire day negotiating a GMC Denali Ultimate with this store, from noon on, in continuous good-faith back-and-forth. Then, hours into the deal, I was told the truck had been sold to someone else. No courtesy hold, no warning, no apology worth anything. Sales (Jay): Disorganized from start to finish. Couldn’t keep the deal together, couldn’t communicate, and ultimately couldn’t deliver the vehicle we’d been negotiating all day & just had to have the last word being condescending and overall a poor salesperson. Finance (Nick): Condescending and dismissive. The attitude alone would’ve been enough to walk, even if the truck hadn’t disappeared. A premium GMC store should operate with basic professionalism. This one doesn’t. If your time has any value, buy elsewhere. I will be, 15–20 times a year. More
