The Service Advisors are very knowledgeable and friendly once they are helping you. However, they need to work on greeting customers. I worked with Jason Montgomery. He is a fantastic person to work with. He was readily available and went above and beyond to make things happen. He even offered to meet on his day off, when he and his family had plans to go out and get their Christmas tree. I am so happy for him that he got to do that with his family, and we actually met the next day, and Jason spent 4 hours to get us up to speed on the new truck. You won't find a better individual to work with. Even now after the fact Jason is reachable and extremely helpful. I consider him a friend as well as our sales person. More
