I was very disappointed on how long it took. I had an appointment to get my oil changed and it took over 2 hours. Yes 2 hours to do an oil change with an appointment. I also discovered later tha I had an appointment to get my oil changed and it took over 2 hours. Yes 2 hours to do an oil change with an appointment. I also discovered later that when they removed the oil filter they ended up dumping the whole contents over my engine. I had a pool of oil on the block and the whole underneath dripping with oil. I initially thought I had an oil leak when I took it home and then realized what had happened. I now have to clean the mess it created on my garage floor and my vehicle. More

In for service on a 2001 Yukon Denali. Larry, our assistant Service Manager , walked me to my car to make sure it would start. We have had trouble with it since we bought it. Bad Battery!! Dealership isn’t the worst however I definitely think each experience will differ depending what sales man you have. Waited for a week after putting down down payment with no call or update on when car w each experience will differ depending what sales man you have. Finally got confirmation call, drive the 1.5 hours down to be told car is still being detailed and they weren’t able to replace the windshield they were supposed to, and i actually had to wait 2 more hours for the car to finish (why did you even call to say it was ready?) Fast forward 2.5 weeks later, glass company just showed up with wrong windshield due to lack of communication again on dealers end. Waiting another week yet again. More
