I have repaced 3 batteries in my car in the past 27 months. I am frustrated by the ongoing inconvenience of this problem, especially in light of the fact that the dealership has no jump start or towin months. I am frustrated by the ongoing inconvenience of this problem, especially in light of the fact that the dealership has no jump start or towing capabilty to assist me when this occurs. (The last three batteries were 40 month warranty Exide batteries which all failed under warranty). I was told by the dealership that Exide offers a no charge jump start service for any battery failure that occurs under warranty but I have been unable to obtain the number to call from the dealership. I am unsure if adequate analysis of the problem has occurred to rule out shorts, vampire power drains or defective components in the battery charging or theft deterrent systems. Dealership personnel have been very friendly however it is difficult to reach a Service Advisor with their new phone system. More
