I had to wait for my oil change appointment over 2 hours and had to leave. Last oil change they did not tighten the screws enough and cause oil leaks. Found this out from Ziffy Lube. Very disturbing. Car was there for over 2 weeks (waited for parts for over a month before that), was not repaired (was in the worse shape than when I dropped it off) and had to be transferred to another dealership to complet a month before that), was not repaired (was in the worse shape than when I dropped it off) and had to be transferred to another dealership to complete the repairs (where I had to wait another 3 weeks and pay out of pocket for rental).
