We saw the car online a couple days before we could get over for a test drive. We scheduled the drive and the car was ready when we got there. Just a heads-up for anyone thinking about returning a vehicle within the 5-day/250-mile window: don’t count on getting your money back quickly. I returned the car within 24 hours because the sway bar lin vehicle within the 5-day/250-mile window: don’t count on getting your money back quickly. I returned the car within 24 hours because the sway bar links on the back needed to be replaced and I couldn't tell if there was an issue with the clutch of the vehicle. I gave them more than half of the cost of the vehicle in cash, and the dealer told me it takes two to three weeks to process a refund because “corporate has to process it" and then they will mail it. How come you can't even go pick up a check? So I called corporate, and they said there’s no reason the dealership can’t issue the refund sooner or allow me to pick up a check. If you need to buy a vehicle and you are using a good sum of money, expect not to get that money back for a while, which would keep you from being able to shop somwhere else. Second part to the story: if the car has something wrong, expect to get zero to no help, and they expect you to take the car to a separate shop on your own time. More
