Brought vehicle in on a Thursday morning (appointment) they said they would diagnose the problem by end of day. By friday evening I still had not heard from them. Finally got a diagnosis of the probelm Mo they said they would diagnose the problem by end of day. By friday evening I still had not heard from them. Finally got a diagnosis of the probelm Monday afternoon, they said parts will be in Wednesday and it will be done. Thursday afternoon I called, they said it won't be done until Friday. I finally lost my cool, I was done with the excuses, by some miracle it was done by that evening. They were supposed to fix the seat back (just one of the items it was there for) they said they did and it fell off again the next day. Now three days later my check engin light is on an my tranny needs work. Coinsidence, maybe, but I'll never know. Auto Nation will never see me again!! More
