Went in for a wheel alignment, was called by Joey who informed me there's $2300 worth of suspension repairs - ball joints, tie rods, control arm and a transmission oil change and rear brakes that needed informed me there's $2300 worth of suspension repairs - ball joints, tie rods, control arm and a transmission oil change and rear brakes that needed pads and a flush. I maintain my truck fairly well. Picked the truck up and left in a hurry. Funny, went to 4 Wheel Parts and they did the alignment with no other issues. I even asked them to check the front end suspension and steering components. All good. Soooo...you decide if this GMC service center is the place to go. The old staff were pros. Not any more. More

Very knowledgeable and professional. We traded with Christine Gee treated us very good and knew everything about the new Yukon we purchased from her. Also they were very fair on my trade price. Highly recommend Christine she can also give you great restaurant recommendations LOL. They also have a great service department we spent the night at the motel woke up next morning in a snowstorm to realize there was no key for the wheel locks went back to the dealership and Harry in service immediately pulled it in help to search for the key but couldn’t find. So between Harry, Christine and a few other people they had new wheel locks on and had us out in less than an hour with a smile on everyone’s face. Thanks from Nebraska More

On Jan. 15, 2022 I was fortunate enough to take delivery of the vehicle I ordered. I was extremely pleased and happy the vehicle came in. Return call right away, guy on phone was great, got there and was introducing myself when a super obnoxious woman interrupted and took over. The complete package of the what makes the hairs on your neck stand up knowing that you are going to a car dealership and you might end up with someone like her. Even if the car had been exactly what we wanted I would have insisted upon buying from a different salesperson. Do better, people want real people. Of all the lots I went to that day, and there were a lot, that dealer is the one that stands out and not in a good way. More
The sales staff was amazing. The finance person lied to us about rates. I asked to finance through GM and he only would do Wells Fargo. Later I found out I lost a$2500 purchase allowance, and the rate was us about rates. I asked to finance through GM and he only would do Wells Fargo.
