I did a lot of shopping around for a GMC Sierra or a Chevy Silverado. Knowing that they were the same truck i really wanted to know the differences in the packages and what the price points were for eac Chevy Silverado. Knowing that they were the same truck i really wanted to know the differences in the packages and what the price points were for each truck. Most everywhere i went, dealerships and salesmen couldn't give me specifics answers to the questions i had, and they'd normally fake their way through their answers. Most frustratingly, many dealerships tried to push me hard into a vehicle they had onsite, whether or not they thought it was right for me. When i tried to obtain bottom line pricing, it was always a guessing game.This is probably a common problem people have with dealerships. When I went to AutoNation West and met Matt (sales) and Glenn (sales manager), the difference was night and day! First off they knew all the different types of trucks i was considering, both new and used, and were not in a rush to sell me a vehicle quickly. There was none of that "what can we do to get you into this truck tonight?" type of questioning. There were no tricky tactics used to keep me in their store longer. From the beginning, both Glenn and Matt worked together to find the truck that worked best for me. they knew i had a budget to consider, they knew i had space and power requirements, and they knew i had some cosmetic requirements. They worked very hard over a period of about 3 or 4 visits searching the databases for different trucks at different prices. When wanted to see a certain option that i was interested in, they quickly pulled a truck around just to show me that option. Most importantly, they knew their products so well that they could quickly and consistently answer questions i had on different package inclusions, different rebates offered, and which truck features they saw as most important in a truck that i would have long term. For instance, many dealerships knew nothing of what type of rear end should be in a truck, probably because the options are all zero cost. Matt and Glenn found a truck for me that had a great value and almost everything i wanted, but had a small rear end (3.08 instead of 3.42), and Glenn wouldn't let me buy it! He was convinced that i was not going to be happy with the truck's performance in spite its amenities! He could have had a sale that night but he chose to instead continue helping me find the truck that i'd be happy with most! For that reason i was completely sold on buying from them. On the next visit, they found 2 or 3 different trucks that met all of my requirements, and even found one truck that had more than everything i wanted for a price that was lower than other trucks with less features. They let me take home all the information and pricing i needed in order to make a good decision. i spent the next week or so going to a few other dealers to poke and prod, and to see find out if there was a glaring reason to not buy my GMC from Glenn and Matt. In the end with the value they got me on my truck, and the incredible customer care, i was excited to give them my business. We signed that night and the next day my new Sierra came in, washed and ready to go. Thanks a lot guys! More

This was my first visit to the service dept. and it was great. They gave me the appointment time that I needed when I called. When I got there they really listened to the problems that I was having and great. They gave me the appointment time that I needed when I called. When I got there they really listened to the problems that I was having and asked questions. Then they gave me a ride home. Nate called later with an est. for the repairs and said that my truck would be ready at 4pm that day. He arranged to have me picked up and brought back to the dealer at that time. The price was fair and the service was first rate. I have had problems at other dealers before but not here. I will be back the next time I need service or have a problem. We purchased a 2011 Buick Enclave with less than five hundred miles as a used car from GO GMC WEST in July. The dealer is a mess when it comes to paperwork, customer service and money. First, they completely screwed up the paperwork for the title and had to mail forms out to us via FedEx weeks later to process the title. That was a minor inconvenience to what has happened since. We found out a couple weeks after purchase that the dealer eroneously charged us city sales tax in the amount of almost nine hundred bucks. We learned that our city does not charge city sales tax on vehicle purchases and called them to get the money refunded. This is when the fun begins. The check is in the mail. The check is in the mail. It is two months later and our credit union has neither the check or the title for this vehicle. It has been so long that we already have plates from the state and have the car registered, but we still are owed almost nine hundred bucks. My wife and I have called and called this dealership. It is the same runaround and unprofessionalism each time. Transfer to voicemail, no one answers the line in the first place, please hold and eventually the call is hung up. It seems like everyone there wants to pass the buck and continue to just blow us off. My wife asked what they were going to do to make this whole mess right. She was thinking at a minimum a free oil change or a discount on services might show they even cared. She was told it would be made right by paying us our money. We are over sixty days out and still don't have the money refunded. The credit union still has never received the title. Steer clear of this place. It is like calling a teenager on the phone and expecting an intelligent answer. Today I spent fifteen minutes calling over and again. First call was a transfer to voicemail. I asked for the general manager and they passed me to the voicemail of a salesman. Second call she asked me to hold while she looked up our information. That call lasted five minutes and was dropped while I was still on hold. Third call she acted like she never talked to me and wanted to know what I needed. I tried a couple more times and then just gave up for today. Do you want to deal with this sort of headache? Go see them and buy a car. Don't say you were not warned. More
Ernie Bell was excellent to work with - low pressure, very knowledgeable of the different models, options, pricing, etc. His follow-up and communication was excellent. The vehicle I wanted was not available at Ernie's dealership, so he arranged for a dealer trade and had the car of my choice available to me on his lot the very next day. I priced this vehicle with 6 different dealerships in Denver, Greely, Castle Rock and Colorado Springs. GO Buick/GMC was right in line with the rest of the dealers. The most important/impressive aspects for me about my experience with Ernie and GO: 1. Low pressure 2. Excellent communication - all e-mails and phone calls were answered immediately 3. Accuracy of information provided was top notch, including price compatability with other dealerships in the area. I will be a repeat customer and will not dread future car-buying experiences. More
