Recently spent seven hours in the Service Department waiting for an oil change, tire change, and steering wheel heater installment. Given the length of time spent, I couldn't help but listen and observe Joey and Gary consistently handle customers with kindness, respect, and repeatedly demonstrate a high level of knowledge and experience - they know their business! For me, dealing with cars and service is uncomfortable and sometimes intimidating, and Joey and Gary took all the trepidation and unease out of the situation, and for that I am grateful. Hayden Cook the general manager is probably one of the most unprofessional people in the auto business . He certainly does not have his sales peoples back .
