This maybe could have easily been a 1 star, but most of the associates we worked with were good and overly friendly, even the one that completely dropped the ball. I think communication could have gone a the associates we worked with were good and overly friendly, even the one that completely dropped the ball. I think communication could have gone a long way. This has nothing to do with not finding the problem, but the fact it took 3 weeks of no communication before we ran it up the ladder and finally had some action taken. We do understand stuff happens, but after 8-10 unanswered and unreturned calls and 3 weeks, we had no choice but to find someone who would. I am sure the dealership at a whole is good, but this experience for us was not. This is our closest GMC dealer and we have multiple so rather disappointing. More
