We had an appointment and expected to car be ready and presentable but car's interior and exterior was dirty. Even I had a loan number ready from my bank, they stated I have to go through their process ev presentable but car's interior and exterior was dirty. CARFAX report and dealer said there is no accident on the car. When I noticed the rear bumper driver side is kind of loose and asked them the reason and asked for the replacement the bumper pin they said there is no accident and they are not going to fix it because the car is as is condition. After I bought the vehicle and dove all the way back to my hometown San Antonio and showed to the shop for the inspection unfortunately we found out car had a accident from the rear end and bumper was fixed and painted.
