When truck was dropped off. Price for service was quoted at $179. When vehicle was picked up, there was an additional charge of $26.97 for Misc. Charges. When challenged, the Price for service was quoted at $179. When vehicle was picked up, there was an additional charge of $26.97 for Misc. Charges. When challenged, the cashier politely stated that this always a charge. I asked to speak to the service manager. I explained by point of view to him, expressing my displeasure. He offered to refund the $26.97 but I declined. I believe this is a system problem that needs to be addressed. More
