They could be better at communicating with customer instead of customer always having to check on status! There was no tech available to even look at the problem my truck was having and so I had to pic instead of customer always having to check on status! The only gripe I have, being mechanically inclined myself, is the cleanup of the undercarriage area where maintenance was done under warranty. It could’ve been cleaned & wiped up a tad better.
