Brad Owen was very professional, understood the issues and acted accordingly. I was kept updated and the car was returned when promised. All issues were successfully addressed. When I questioned the valet he copped an attitude and said he would wash it while I waited if I insisted. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait and had to take the car as is. This is certainly not normal behavior from what I have come to expect at Auto Nation. I’m sure this is a one off, but it reflects poorly on the dealership. More
