If caliper didn’t break upon pad removal it would have been faster! But since Cadillac broke they replaced it! Would love more updates on vehicle progress next time, and a loaner car would have helped but I am out of warranty, but I thought they would have offered they vehicle since they caused the delay! Thanks

Everyone at AutoNation Cadillac West Palm Beach is extremely professional. The service is great. I have been leasing my SUV's from Rudy Lavelanet for years. The buying experience is easy and even fun. He really takes time to explain how the new car works, and makes sure my tag and insurance.work is done on the spot. My service rep, Steve Janer, is also a pleasure to work with. He is very courteous and works hard to make sure everything is done accurately and quickly. He also helps with transportation and rentals when needed. This is the best dealership in Palm Beach County, and believe me, I have dealt with many others.
