Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had at any Autonation dealership! The last 4 vehicles I’ve purchased in the last 4 years have been purchased or leased at an Autonation dealer! From the General Autonation dealership! The last 4 vehicles I’ve purchased in the last 4 years have been purchased or leased at an Autonation dealer! From the General Manager, to the finance manager, to the service department responsible for the promise aesthetic fixes absolutely terrible! 1 week after purchase come to pick up my car only to find a new scratch! 2x $80 Uber rides to drop off the vehicle and no rental cars for service perhaps hold a couple from being sold. I will never ever recommend this dealership to anyone! This place needs its management gutted from the top down or shut it down before it destroys any positive creditability Autonation has remaining! I do recommend the sales department, that being said, I definitely do not recommend the service department. I brought my Cadillac in for service back in December 2021 and still can’t get a call back from t definitely do not recommend the service department. I am having trouble with the Brembo brakes and a smell coming from the air conditioner, which he is aware of. A part was supposed to be ordered for the air conditioner which hasn’t happened and apparently Brembo brakes are supposed to sound like a fog horn because they are high performance brakes (this is what I was told by Jackson, my service advisor). This is my third Cadillac from AutoNation and I am very disappointed in the lack of service that I have received. A call back doesn’t take much and to listen to your customers is what service is all about. More
