We had a GREAT experience! We purchased an Escalade last week and our salesman, Jim Kaplan, was simply the BEST!!! He was patient and knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. The dealership….. ther week and our salesman, Jim Kaplan, was simply the BEST!!! He was patient and knowledgeable and went above and beyond for us. The dealership….. there is no doubt integrity and professionalism matters in sales. They were the only dealer that did not mark up their vehicles. We traveled an hour just to get to this dealership and we would do it again!! I highly recommend this Auto Nation West Palm Beach and Jim Kaplan. More
