When I questioned the valet he copped an attitude and said he would wash it while I waited if I insisted. Unfortunately I didn’t have time to wait and had to take the car as is. This is certainly not normal behavior from what I have come to expect at Auto Nation. I’m sure this is a one off, but it reflects poorly on the dealership. More

Do not understand why it takes so long to talk to the service adviser when dropping the car off for service appointment when I've listed the reason for the visit in advance on line & over the phone.
