The reason I do not go to the dealership for anything other than warranty items is because everything takes forever to get completed. The attention to detail is severely lacking. The buying experience and service experience are diabolically different. It took almost three hours to get two appliqués fixed on my window. Without asking me, they were going to change my oil then charge me when I didn’t ask for that and can do it myself for a fraction of the cost. Both times I have brought my car in it has not been washed because it took so long to fix my car I didn’t have time to wait around for that as well. The timing of everything is just ridiculous. It shouldn’t take almost three hours to fix two appliqués on the windows. The service man was very nice, but the service is extremely lacking and not time efficient. More
It was very difficult to reach the dealership or the job writer by phone so I drove there and met with Brad Owen and got his personal phone number and everything went very well after that. He assigned a par writer by phone so I drove there and met with Brad Owen and got his personal phone number and everything went very well after that. He assigned a particular tech. that had familiarity with my problem ( the hard top roof on my 04 XLR was inoperable) I had the car delivered and picked up by Duval Towing. Plus 10 for Brad Minus 10 for phone appointments. More
