I keep saying I'm not bringing my car back for service here, but I do out of convenience. This will definitely be the last time. Long time Cadillac owner. Purchased multiple cars from this dealership. Brought in my xt4 for oil change. Waited 2.5 hours for it to be completed. Plus car wasn’t even washed Purchased multiple cars from this dealership. Brought in my xt4 for oil change. Waited 2.5 hours for it to be completed. Plus car wasn’t even washed or vacuumed. The service adviser did pay for the oil change so that was a plus and only reason I still recommend this dealership. Will request a rental next time otherwise I’ll go to competitor dealership which is closer to me in distance More
